A WOMAN has revealed how she gave her boring fence a mega makeover thanks to cheap high-street buys.
So as the weather heats up, if you want to get your garden looking summer ready, you’ve come to the right place.

Posting on social media, DIY enthusiast Chloe Milne gave her followers a before and after look at her fence overhaul, leaving many open-mouthed.
What was once a plain, grey, slatted fence, has quickly been given a total glow up, and is now a stunning backdrop perfect for sunny days spent outside.
And not only does it look great, but it gives Chloe much more privacy too.
Chloe posted the clip online with the caption ‘Summer is coming. Start of our garden journey’, as she proudly showed off the DIY grass wall.
The young woman later confirmed that the first step of the fence makeover was to cover the slats in a weed membrane, which she bought from B&Q for £15.
On top of the black cover, Chloe then added the faux grass backdrop, which she nabbed from B&M, for £28 for a pack of four.
